Conditions of entry

Entry to event, implies acceptance of the below conditions.

• Normal restrictions apply, 18 years and over.

• Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or to remove persons from the site/event.

• Attendees are expected to comply with organisers directions and COVID regulations at all times.

• Where required attendees will complete COVID check in, when arriving and returning to venue.

• Food and alcohol consumption is permitted at the organisers discretion. Excess quantities are not permitted. Attendees found to be intoxicated will be removed immediately.

• Smoking is not permitted in or around the immediate vicinity of the venue.

• Excessive noise outside, in the hall grounds is not permitted.

• We ask you to minimise noise to adjoining neighbours, particularly if leaving after 10:30pm.

• All food and drink rubbish to be removed/binned before leaving the event.

• Organisers and the site owners accept no responsibility for loss or damage to attendees belongings or possessions at the event.
